Hello, my name is Tori. I am a married mother of three darlings, affectionately named Kidlets One, Two, & Three. I am a fan of the Oxford comma. During the week I work outside of the house (for now), and while the Kidlets attend school.
I have an unhealthy obsession with coffee, which developed during my college years. Something about going to school full time and working the night shift part time in an all night diner did that to me. But that’s okay because coffee has many health benefits. And caffeine. The caffeine lets me function at work all day. I’d be lost without it.
Our life seems like a whirlwind of chaos most of the time, but in my mind, there is a good and a bad chaos. Bad chaos is when everyone is screaming, there are a million things going on, and I am left wanting to pull my hair out and take anxiety medication. Good chaos is where there is a flurry of activity, with a million things going on and we are all happily achieving the important things in life. Like being together and having fun.
In my spare time (Don’t laugh!), I like to write fiction, read voraciously, flitter about the social media world, and discuss parenting issues and events. I also like writing articles about any number of topics, but pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting have been my main focus. I get passionate about gay rights and women’s rights. Sometimes I actually get to talk to my husband.
Currently, I have two fantasy novels I am working on. My goal is to one day finish one and edit it sufficiently to let another person read it.
